Formal Demands for a Written Assignment
Here you will find the PFI standards on writing a written assignment.
1. A written assignment should be typed in accordance with the next format: Font size is 12 point, right and left margins set are at 2.5, spacing is 1.5. The pages should be numerated. In the contents list the number of pages need to be given under the various subtitles. The page number of your written assignment does not comprise the front page, the contents list, the bibliography, and the appendix.
2. The written assignment needs to be printed double sided.
3. All new paragraphs need to be marked by the skipping a line. It must not be marked by the indentation.
4. The titles need to be typed from not centred, but the left margin. When the titles are divided into subtitles, there must not be more than three levels. Do not forget that the ranking must be presented by using minuscule and capital letters and the decimal number structure should follow the next example:

The spacing between paragraphs new titles should be triple, but the spacing between titles and new paragraphs double.
The references must be used with the help of parenthesis in the written assignment, but not in the footnotes. A correct reference is provides with the author’s name, the year of publication and the page number when necessary (the page number of the reference is utilized while giving direct citation). For example, (Hirst 1987) or (Myhre 1988:160-162)
